Techies - Your Favorite Organizations Need Your Expertise!

Are you a programmer, website designer, HTML guru, database designer/developer, or just plain ol' fashioned tech nerd with a desire to help civil rights organizations? Perhaps you're already involved in human rights activism or politically minded organizations, but have never married your technical expertise with your passion for "the cause", or maybe you've never joined these groups because you felt uncomfortable about the prospect of traditional volunteer work. Whatever the reason, if you're not giving away your tech know-how, then now is the time to start -- your technical skills may be second only to your pocketbook in value to small organizations who have the vision but lack the resources to utilize the technology to maximize their organizational reach.
